Things to keep in mind when changing numbers: - When changing the code, ensure to change the password while holding down the shackle, otherwise a wrong password may be remembered and the lock cannot be unlocked. - If you forget your code, there is no other way to open the lock.

Simple steps to set your own combination: 1) Open the shackle: Align the initial password with the red line on the front of the lock and pull the shackle. 2) 90° Turn: Turn the shackle 90° towards the groove when looking at the padlock from above. 3) Password change: Change the password with the shackle pressed down. 4) Completed: Lift the shackle up again to complete the password change.
